From Watercolor to Wood™: How Our Coastal Art Comes to Life
There’s something special about the moment a painting begins.
For me, it usually starts with a feeling—salt air, soft light on the water, or the memory of something we love about coastal life.
Living in Delaware right on the Maryland line, we’re lucky to experience the best of both worlds. Our days are shaped by both coastlines—the quiet marshes, the working bays, the iconic blue crabs, and the rich colors that make this area feel like home.
Lately, that inspiration has taken a new form… and we’re so excited to finally share it with you.
Introducing Our Watercolor to Wood™ Collection
Our newest collection transforms original watercolor paintings into layered wood artwork—bringing depth, texture, and a whole new life to each piece.
This isn’t just printing art onto wood.
It’s a collaboration.
I begin with watercolor—loose, flowing, imperfect in all the best ways. Then Juan steps in, translating those brushstrokes into precision laser-cut layers, carefully building dimension piece by piece.

Because we spend so much time in both Delaware and Maryland, our work reflects both places.
From Delaware’s peaceful coastal tones to Maryland’s bold, iconic patterns—especially the unforgettable flag—each piece carries a sense of place.
Our newest release, the Bay Blue Crab, is a perfect example. It blends the soft movement of watercolor with the strong geometry and colors inspired by Maryland, creating something that feels both artistic and deeply rooted in coastal tradition.
